Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Rayrty, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our jewelry. Our return and refund policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience while addressing concerns related to damaged or incorrect products.

7-Day Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, exclusively for damaged or wrongly delivered items. To initiate a return, customers must follow the specified process:

  1. Record an unboxing video of the product, where in the video, the outermost package must be clearly visible from all sides and it should be in untorn state.
  2. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, providing the unboxing video as proof.

Refund and Exchange Options: Upon verification of a valid return, customers can choose between a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) or an exchange with the same product. 

Size Confirmation: While most of our jewelry is free-sized, customers are advised to confirm sizes before placing orders. Exchanges for size-related issues are only allowed if the wrong size is delivered.

Delivery Charges: Rayrty will bear the return shipping charges, capped at Rs 150. If the shipping cost exceeds this amount, the customer is responsible for the difference. Customers have the option to ship the product to us and claim the shipment charges or request a pickup arranged by the company.

Refund and Exchange Process:

  • Refunds will be initiated after the unboxing video is verified and the returned product is checked by our team.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to be credited to the customer's account.
  • Exchanges will be processed after the returned product is inspected at our warehouse, with an overall time frame of 12-15 days for the exchange.
